A city formerly known as Caozhou, Heze is located at the southwestern part of China in Shandong. Back in the day, Heze, China was at the center of the Nian Rebellion in 1850s and 1860s. Peony is befits Heze and China’s National Flower; which symbolizes prosperity, dignity and elegance.
