Considered as one of the fast-rising brands in the Tunisian Hotel Industry, The Magic Hotels North Africa hotel chain is one of the main providers of accommodation and hospitality in Africa, Egypt and Morocco. The brand features over 15,000 hotel bends in over 16 properties under the four-start and 5-star categories in the hotel industry market. Mostly created to serve French and international clients, Magic Hotels Tunisia is considered as a “Ray of Sunshine” in the Tunisian Hotel industry.

Magic Hotels Tunisia has 12 properties located in Tunisia, all of which is located in the waterfront area, distributed in six of the top tourist destinations in Africa. Three properties are located in Hammamet that also features an Aqua Park onsite - Marmara Hammamet Beach, Splash Venus Beach and Holiday Village Manar, the flagship hotel of the Magic Hotels Tunisia brand.

Magic Hotels Tunisia started in 2006 with 3,000 beds in its three properties. The group started its massive growth in 2011 and began adding 25% to its accommodations. By 2015, Magic Hotels received a total of 65% occupancy rate and became one of the fast-growing hotel brands in the Tunisian hotel industry. The group is currently handled by Managing Director, Mossaab Battikh.
