Pattimura International Airport – AMQ Ambon

Located in a city in Maluku Province, Indonesia, Pattimura International Airport was named after a national hero of the country who have fought along with other brave Indonesian men against Dutch colonialists during the 19th century – Pattimura. It is located at the western side of Ambon. As the name’s meaning suggests, this city boasts its beauty and its gateway is AMQ. It is located at a very strategic area since its home is within 2 provinces – North Maluku and Maluku. Travel time going to the city center is around 30-45 minutes.
