Geographical Center of North America, Rugby, North Dakota

Located at the town of Rugby, North Dakota, the Geographical Center of North America which stands around 15 feet tall that is surrounded by flags of the United States and Canada. It is composed of rock obelisk, and was established in the year 1931. The town recognized the good fortune it brought during its foundation that made changes to their town seal possible. It is approximately 15 miles from the town central.
