Ishikawa Confectionery Culture Centre, Kanazawa, Japan

Ishikawa Confectionery Culture Centre is a 2-story museum located at Kanazawa, mostly made of wood that displays different molding materials used in making confectionery. Some of the molds have a very artistic design created carefully. The display of candy statue is also exhibited. The center also has a shop that sells molding materials as well as sweet products. Also, confectionary books display that contains the process of creating Japanese confection. The technique used in this creation is passed down from one generation to another starting from the Edo period, which makes the preservation of technique still used today.
